80Howard Masaichi Oshiro, 101, of Pukalani, Maui, a Maui County garages superintendent and a retired Fong's Construction Co. shop superintendent, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Puunene, Maui. He is survived by sons Howard and Edward; daughters Eileen Taketa, Elsie Sakugawa, Linda Misaki and Audrey Cordeiro; sister Mildred Y.
