73Raquel Manaog "Nay" Nicdao, 75, of Honolulu died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in the Philippines. She is survived by husband Eduardo; sons EmmanÂuel Ravello and Jeronimo and Edel Nicdao; daughters Emily Palis, Encarnita Ceniza, Ester Sisson and Jocelyn Nicdao; 16 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation:5 p.m. Friday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services:6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
