WHITE, THOMAS ALLEN January 28, 1939 - September 30, 2014 Thomas A. White passed away peacefully on September 30, 2014 at age 75 at his home in Lakewood, CA. He was born in San Juan Rizal, Philippines. Eldest son of the late Thomas and Mercedes White. Survived by wife Jazmin; brothers William, Elwood, Raymond, and Joseph; Sister Mercedes. Children; Carmela, Thomas, Michael & Lisa, Raymond & Marie, Janice & Alex; Hanai sons Terence and Alex. 9 Grandchildren and 1 Great- Granddaughter. Devoted husband, decorated US Army veteran of the Vietnam War and recipient of two Purple Hearts he retired from the US Army after 21 years of service. He continued to serve as a DoD civilian for another 30 years when he retired in 2011 after 51 years of service and sacrifice for his country. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 16th at 11am at the Notre Dame Chapel 2851 Overland Ave Los Angeles CA.
