MIldred Wakayo Okamoto, 97, of Wailua Houselots, Kauai, a homemaker, died at home. She was born in Laupahoehoe, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Alan, Brian and Charles; daughter Grace Yamashita; brother Donald Yoshina; sister Kathleen Saito; and seven grandchildren. Private services.
