Robert "Bob" Rustigian, 91, of Honolulu, a maitre d' for Top of Waikiki Restaurant and a Navy veteran, died in the Queen's Medical Center West. He was born in Hartford, Conn. He is survived by son Craig. Committal services: 3 p.m. Monday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Aloha attire.
