Jacob Fernandez Sallot, 21, of Mililani, a lifeguard at Schofield Barracks, died in Mililani. He was born in Mannheim, Germany. He is survived by parents Jon A. Sallot and Tina M. Fernandez, and brother Jonathan F. Sallot. Services: 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Main Post Chapel, 790 McCormack Road, Schofield Barracks. Aloha attire.
