74Epifania Cruz "Eppie" Skinner, 84, of Kailua died in Quezon City, Philippines. She was born in Pateros, Philippines. She is survived by daughter Michelle C., son Robert B., sisters Potenciana and Emperatriz Cruz, and four grandchildren. Services held in Manila.
