LORNA WHITCOMBE LOWE Lorna Whitcombe Lowe died on Thursday, November 13 at 5 pm. Born June 16, 1938 the 7th of 10 children of Mr. and Mrs. Francis Seymour Whitcombe of Suva, Fiji. Lorna attended St. Joseph's Convent school through high school and the Auckland Business College in New Zealand. Lorna was recruited by the International Travel Service of Honolulu and relocated to Honolulu Hawaii in 1962. There, she met and married Richard R Lowe on May 28 1966 at St. Augustine's church in Waikiki. Lorna thrived working in Hawaii's Real Estate Market where she enjoyed over 20 years with DR Horton Schuler Homes, Inc. She is survived by her husband, Richard, daughters - Jennifer Ann McTigue, Vanessa Elizabeth Beaton, five grand- children: Nion Keanu Nichols, J. Liam McTigue, Kaya McTigue, Brock McTigue and Briscoe Beaton There will be a memorial service for family and close friends on Friday, November 21, 2014 at the Outrigger Canoe Club at 8 am.
