Arnold Kekai Requilman Quartero, 73, of Honolulu, a retired Transportation Security Administration agent at Honolulu Airport and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Kurtistown, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Pamela C.M.; sons Ioane and Robert; daughters Cathleen Romento, Arleen Register and Robyn Kainoa; hanai son Noal Peterson; hanai daughters Gayle and Janelle Peterson; brothers Alfred and John Requilman; sisters Rosita Hatori, Florence Keliikoa, Maraea Ramos-Berriantos and Frances Camp; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
