George Louis Jay, 73, of Hilo, a retired pipe fitter, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughters Ana De Mello and Miriam Jay-Cluney, brothers Bernard and Albery, and two grandchildren. Services pending.
