Harry O'Dell Parks Jr., 80, of Pearl City, an Air Force retiree, died in Pearl City. He was born in Prince Frederick, Md. He is survived by sons Harry O. III and Douglas K.; daughters Wanda L. Padasdao, and Linda L. and Shidell L.S. Parks; sister Edith Wilson; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio mauka chapel. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial: 11:30 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Flowers welcome.
