Paul Tom Rufo, 80, of Waimea, Hawaii, a foreign-goods importer, teacher at Waimea Elementary and Intermediate schools, and a Marine Corps veteran, died at home. He was born in Croton-on-Hudson, N.Y. He is survived by wife Cari; daughters Jada and Melanie Rufo, and Sian Urbanozo; sisters Lillian Timm, Mary Jane Gee, Anna Rufo and Sue-Lyn Tso; brothers Raymond and Noel Rufo, and Danny Tom; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Nov. 29 at St. James Episcopal Church, Waimea. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to St. Columba's Episcopal Church, Paauilo, P.O.
