Founder of Waianae Community Outreach. National Association of Social Workers - Award Recipient Women in Recovery. Board member & advisor to various State Agencies & Non-Profit Organizations. She is survived by husband, Emilio Atabay Placencia, Sr.; son, Emilio Atabay (Felicia) Placencia, Jr.; daughters, Sophina Bulawan Placencia, Shalani Dante (Kai) Bulawan Placencia; brother, Clarkson Bulawan; sister, Jarzette (Renee) Bulawan; grandchildren, Emilie- Mae Nanea Placencia, Evan Atabay Placencia. Visitation 5:30 p.m., Wednesday (Nov. 26) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Funeral Service 6:30 p.m. Casual Attire. No Flowers, Please.
