Herbert Kenso Oue, 89, of Kealakekua, Hawaii, a retired K. Oue Ltd. factory manager and an Army veteran who served during the Korean War, died at home. He was born in Kealakekua. He is survived by brothers Tatsumi and Francis, and sister Patricia. Private services. No monetary offerings.
