73Samuel Patrick Kaleiopu, 57, of Makaha, a cook and musician, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Vanessa; brothers Solomon, Christopher, John and Stephen Kaleiopu, William Jameson and Conrad Dequilla; and sisters Luisa Colt, Veronica Suda, Barbara Clark, Lorraine Basuel, Lolani Kekipi. Marian Cambra, Marlene Amijos and Georgianna Makue. Services: 4 p.m. Dec. 13 at 84-1139 Lahaina St., Waianae. Aloha attire. No flowers.
