Julian "Bud" Chai, 81, of Mineral, Va., a Marine Corps retiree, died in Mineral. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Helen, daughters Julianne McGandy and Leslie Cook, son Julian and two grandchildren. Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Aloha attire. No flowers.
