75Kristen Ashley Rivera-Pavez, 16, of Waianae died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by fathers Myron A. Richardson and Victor C. Pavez, mother Lavita Y. Richardson, stepmother Marie Pavez, brother Gabriel Richardson, sisters Sienna Richardson and Nicole Akuna, and grandparents Peter and Juanita Rivera, Tiko and Robyn Kaeo, Rabbit and Sonja Correa and Victor M. and Diana Pavez. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at New Hope Leeward Kapolei. Services: 10 a.m. Casual/white attire. Flowers welcome.
