74Berdine "Kau'i" Kapu, 32, of Waianae, a student at Leeward Community College, died in Waianae. She was born in Kailua. She is survived by companion Clarence Kalama, son Eneki Kalama, daughter Jahlena Kalama, mother Rita Makekau, brother Ernest L. Jr. and sister Haunani Kalama. Visitation: 5 p.m. Tuesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Celebration of life: 6:30 p.m. No flowers.
