Tibayan-Kaeo, parents Stanley and Leila, and brother Kahoku A. Visitation: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 11:30 a.m. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Valley of the Temples. Casual attire.
