81Walter Tatsumi Hirai, 90, of Honolulu, a retired U.S. government inventory clerk at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Ellen T.; sons Clinton S. and Nolan S.; brother Francis; sisters June Hirai, Margaret Tom and Eleanor Marquez; and four grandchildren. Private services.
