John Iokia Yomes Sr., 84, of Honolulu and Washington state, a retiree of the state of Hawaii Judiciary, Honolulu District Court, co-owner of I.C.L. Engine Repair & Sales, and an Army veteran, died in Washington. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Crystal Morita-Yomes; sons John Yomes Jr. and William-John I.Y. Morita; daughters Kathy Keawe, Cynthia Jones, Lindylou Yomes-Generalao, Annie Kim, Mary Yomes and Johnna Morita; stepsons Chad and Tad Uyenishi; stepdaughter Amanda Root; brother Patrick; sisters Nora Mamizuka, Harriet Beese and Elizabeth Arquette; 30 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
