79Fujie Tetsutani, 82, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Transportation Harbors Division clerk at Aloha Tower, died in St. Francis Hospice. She was born in Hakalau, Hawaii. She is survived by stepsons Roy M. and Russell I.; stepdaughter Sharon J. Gouveia; brothers Futoshi, Peter and Paul Hirakawa; sister Tsuruko Villanueva; and numerous stepgrandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Thursday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
