MARIA OMA WILSON (LEDERLE) Maria "Oma" Wilson (Lederle). 81, of Kailua, died November 21st. She was born in Wagenbuhl, Germany. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, William "Bill" Wilson; her sister, Bertl Klemmer and brothers: Toni, Josef and Albert Lederle; children Raymond (Diane) Wilson of Leesburg, Virginia; Gabriele (Lee) Finn of Kailua, Hawaii; James (Barbara) Wilson of Riederau, Germany; Shirley (Dennis) Sullivan of Portland, Oregon; seven grandchildren and two great-grandsons. Her youngest daughter Ellen (Ken) DeBondt preceded her in death in 2011 when a drunk driver took her life. A celebration of life will be held at Kaneohe Yacht Club Longhouse, Dec. 21st, 4-8pm. Please come share memories and pupus. In lieu of flowers, Maria requested friends bring a food dish to share in memory of all the meals she enjoyed with you over the years. A service will be held at St. Anthony's Church (148 Makawao St., Kailua), Dec. 23rd at 9am. Aloha attire.
