75Tokiyo Igarashi “Nelsie†Yamane, 84, of Kahului, a retired Star Market cashier, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Puunene, Maui. She is survived by sons Alton and Guy, daughter Renette Rodrigues, brothers Minoru and Robert Igarashi, sister Norma Taguchi and three grandchildren.
