74Yukio Toyama, 86, of Honolulu, a retired education administrator for the state Department of Education, died in Kuakini Geriatric Care. He was born in Kalaheo, Kauai. He is survived by brothers David K., Shigeo and Thomas; and sisters Aiko Tengan and Janet Naumu. Private services.
