73Ben Sales, 86, of Hawi, Hawaii, a retired maintenance employee for Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, died at home. He was born in Halaula, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Clara, son Douglas, daughters Jessie Ann Yamamoto and Zelda Sasaki, six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Saturday at Hawi Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawi County Cemetery. Casual attire.
