80Betty Ann Herzog, 62, of Pahoa, Hawaii, a Waiakea Villas housekeeper, died in Pohai Malama. She was born in Michigan. She is survived by sons Abraham, Issac and Jacob Carroll; daughters Kanani Bush and Malani de la Nux; brother Keith; sister Patricia Ward; mother Dorothy; and 11 grandchildren.
