Wayne Kazuo Takemoto, 58, of Waipahu, a former assistant manager at Longs Drugs and an Air Force veteran, died in the Queen's Medical Center-West Oahu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Shawn, sons Grant S. and Jason H., parents Eugene and Frances, and sister JoAnn Kagawa. Services: 6 p.m. Thursday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Aloha attire. No flowers.
