EMILY TANDAL LAPA Age 89, of Waialua, HI, passed away November 15, 2014 in Waialua. Born May 28, 1925 in Honolulu, HI. Retired from civil service at Schofield Barracks. She is survived by daughters, Barbara (Andrew) Penington of TX, Pauline (Vincent) Lime, Angela Lapa Bugarin, Lucille (Nolan) Tashiro of NV, May Lapa; brothers, Andrew (Charm) Tandal, Stanley (Gail) Tandal; sister, Flora Kelsey; 14 grand- children; 10 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren. Private Services were held.
