73Justin Michael Saragosa, 30, of Kapolei, a Heally Tibbets Builder certified crane operator, will be remembered in services 6:30 p.m. Monday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by son Justin Jr., father Gerald G., mother Robin Rodero, brothers Gerald Jr. and Jason, half sisters Christel Rosario and Leiahi Saunoa, and grandparent Ramon Rodero.
