75Trach Tich Truong, 82, of HonoÂlulu, a retired Crown Noodle Factory cook, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Canton, China. He is survived by wife Huol Thi Chang, sons Kenneth and Darren Chang, daughters Vanessa Ly and Serena Chang, and six grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 9:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Valley of the Temples.
