Jack Joseph "Jackie" Loando Sr., 67, of Kailua-Kona, an Army veteran who served in Vietnam and a heavy equipment operator for McCandless Ranch, Guy Lam Construction Co., Hookano Ranch, EM Rivera & Sons Inc., and Kahanakoa Construction Co., died at Tripler Army Medical Center. He was born in Kealakekua, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Lillian; sons Jack Jr., Mark and Anthony; daughter Lisa Duarte; brother Roy; sister Alice Kanoa; and nine grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Saturday at the "Big Tent," 74-550 Honokohau St., across Honokohau Harbor. Services: 10 a.m. Lunch to follow. Casual attire. Call 937-4993 or 960-1511.
