Leander Brash Young Sr., 89, of Honolulu, a retired Air Force technical sergeant aircraft technician and retired state maintenance supervisor for Halawa Correctional Facility, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Anna H., son Leander B. Jr., daughter Yvonne K., brother Wilfred C., two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary Chapel, 20 S. Kukui St., Honolulu. Services: 10 a.m. Committal services: 1 p.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
