Mavis Cowan Cook, 92, of Waimea, Hawaii, a homemaker, died at home. She was born in Ewa. She is survived by sons Frank Cook III and Soupy and Steven Campbell; daughters Faye Daniel and Piilani Isaia; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Private services.
