Walter Seaman "Wally" Palmeira, 81, of Wailua Homesteads, Kauai, a Hawaiian music entertainer and a Coast Guard veteran, died at home. He was born in Kilauea, Kauai. He is survived by wife Nardeen "Polei"; daughters Cynthia "Cyndy" Racca, and Waldeen Kahulu and Darleen Palmeira; brothers Jimmy and Ernest; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Jan. 10 at St. Catherine of Alexandria Catholic Church, Kapaa. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
