77Joseph Siganay "Julian" Quiling, 72, of Ewa Beach, a retired Oahu Country Club utility man, died in Honolulu. He was born in Langiden, Abra, Philippines. He is survived by sons Rustico and Jacob; daughters Juliette and Leonora Quiling, Josefina Quiling-Cabudol, Gloria Quiling-Raymundo and Deemter Quiling-Gabriel; brother Florentino; sisters Irene Quiling Palongao, Emeteria Piano, Leonida Rodriguez and Mhel Quiling; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
