76Wendell "Mason" Young, 71, of Kailua, a consultant and administrator for the state Department of Land and Natural Resources, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Jan J., daughter Kamuela Y. Klemmer, sons Puna H. and Pila H., brothers Kaulana and Chris, sister Kanani Kekuewa and two grandchildren.
