80Lily Kuulei Meyer, 85, of Honolulu, a U.S. General Services Administration contract inspector, died in Palolo Chinese Home. She was born in Waimea, Kauai. She is survived by son Edgar Jr.; daughters Beryl L. Ramirez and Alexis K. Meyer; hanai son Garen Ah Wah; hanai daughter Debra Lee; brothers Roland and Everett L. Na'auao, and Earl and Mahlon Kapule; sisters Theodosia "Teddy" Na'auao, Merle K. Akui and Aurelia K. "Chuckie" Chong; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
