75Cheryl Kay Lewis, 66, of HonoÂlulu, an office assistant, died in the Queen’s Medical Center. She was born in California. She is survived by son Jason, daughters Deirdre Toby and Regina Guzzo, father Robert “Bob,†mother Beverly Couch, brothers Craig and Chuck, and five grandchildren. Scattering of ashes: 3 p.m. Wednesday at Kailua Beach Park. Celebration of life and potluck: 5 p.m. at 41B Kai One Place, Kailua.
