Kakuto Higuchi, 91, of Shelton, Wash., a fire captain and an Army veteran of the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, died in Olympia, Wash. He was born in Aiea. He is survived by sons Dennis and Gary, brother Shingo, six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Private services.
