74Theodore Makaimi Kamoku, 52, of Honolulu died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Chad K. Yoshioka; brothers Philip K. Jr., John P. Sr. and Paul P. Sr.; sisters Philleys U. Peters, Junie Ann P. Kamoku, Charmayne M. Pule; and two grandchildren. Visitation at noon Tuesday at Moanalua Mortuary. Services: 1 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers; lei welcome.
