81Carol Keiko Ikawa, 76, of Pearl City, a retired nurse for Dr. Victor Mori, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. She was born in Olaa, Hawaii. She is survived by husband Herbert K., daughter Jan C., brother Richard T. Sakanishi and sisters Kayoko Sakanishi and Mae R. Muranaka. Visitation: 1 p.m. Sunday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 2 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
