80Lucinda G. "Cindy" Ancheta, 63, of Kauai, a Hawaiian Telephone Co. employee, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Fred, sons Jonathan "JJ" and Fred, daughter Rene Cummings and three grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Monday at St. Catherine of Alexandria Catholic Church, Kapaa. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at the church cemetery. Casual attire.
