77Kenzie Kealohapau'ole Lewis, 2-week-old infant daughter of Tatiana K. Kaaialii and John A. Lewis of Kailua, died in Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children. She was born in Honolulu. She is also survived by sister Kirin I.; grandparents Shane Hart, Christine and Chris Nichol, and Lisa and John Lewis; great-grandparents Charlene and Darrol Lacar, Sharon Kaaialii, and June and Shannon Hart; and great-great-grandmother Charlotte Cheatham. Visitation: 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 12:45 p.m. Burial: 2 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park, in Babyland II.
