Elton K.C. Chang, 67, of Waipahu, an Army veteran and a retired aircraft sheet metal supervisor at Hickam Air Force Base and a sheet metal worker for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard Shop 17, Aloha Airlines and Lear Siegler, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Wanda; sons Elvin and Kaipo; daughters Sharlemayne Duldulao and Dawn "Kehaulani" Chang; mother Elizabeth; brother Neal; sisters Leonora and Beverly Chang, and Debra Santiago; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 10:30 a.m. Committal services: 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Flowers welcome.
