Foo W. Lim, 84, of Honolulu, a boat builder and an Army captain, died in Honolulu. He was born in China. He is survived by wife Evelyn L., sons Yal and Kui, daughter Wan Su, four grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Celebration of life: 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday at Waikiki Yacht Club.
