81Frank Nobukazu Kanzaki, 93, of Aiea, a retired occupational services director for the Department of Education, died in Aiea. He was born in Waimea, Kauai. He is survived by sons Kim and Kan, daughters Rii and Rei, sisters Joanne Watanabe and Sakae Huth, and two grandchildren. Private services.
