Lance Alfred Valdez, 52, of Honolulu died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Shaun R. Matsumoto and Ian H.A.T. and Hunter K.D. Valdez; and sisters Meliza K.L. Nicolae, Vanessa A.H. Katayama, Heidi P.M. Brown and Kuulei Garcia. Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Saturday at Kewalo Basin Park, 1125 Ala Moana Blvd. B1, Honolulu. Light refreshments after scattering of remains. Casual attire.
