He is survived by his loving family: wife, Linda Shimizu; sons, Kevin (Teri) Shimizu of NV and Jason (Philicia) Shimizu; mother-in-law Akiko Yagi; brother-in-law, Ron (Linda) Yagi; sister-in-law, Annette (Bryan) Kakehashi; also survived by many nieces, nephews and relatives.
