Charles Win Gip Young, 91, of Kailua, a retired planner and estimator at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and an Air Force veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Waimea, Kauai. He is survived by wife Frieda, son Charles Q.C., daughters Christine A.Y. Constable and Lynn Y. Soldat, brother Sam, sister Flora Jardine, three grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
